      Good overall experience, but not for the long term if you are serious about your career.

      Good salary if you negotiate, some good people in Dublin good office spaces Opportunites to grow if you play their game

      Cons

      Some senior leadership have just been there so long they are leading in an echo chamber. Poor vibes with re orgs, layoffs and negative view of CEO Dull product dressed up as exciting AI which it is not

      Re-organizarion happens often, including at the top Expansion and opportunities are no longer in Bay Area.
