Even though you may be assigned a manager, you rarely have face time with them. The annual review is a joke. There is no discussion of the goals with managers. They will just hand down the list of goals and tell you to do them. Many of the goals are irrelevant to what you are doing. The HR is probably the worst of all. No one will reply to email or phone call. When you finally reach someone, the usual response is "contact your manager".

Management is lacking, they are unrealistic. They give grand speeches, but rarely follow up with actions. Wipro lacks agility, creative thought is squashed, procedures are holy even if they are completely outdated.
