Was pretty bad when I was about to quit. Also the company policies are really bad. If lucky your managers can be good.

If you want to work on a global company with many locations.

Cons

Employees in India are treated like slaves. If you come to onsite via them, you can never quit on them there. They have money bonds in place. So quiting them is a night mare. For US if you quit you have to pay $10000 USD. Worst employee policies. They are in place not to safe guard you. But to corner you. You can work in Subway for the pay they give you. It is no where professional. They never let you gain expertise in one area, say Java. They will make you manage a whole application where you learn bits of Java, JavaScript, HTML everything.

HR is the worst at Wipro. HR and supervisors do't treat you well as soon as you want to leave Wipro.
