Pros

Good team of people working behind the scenes. Its a family business so everyone very friendly and caring.

Cons

Couple of newer fundraisers were not motivated at all and were a bit annoying. Why start a job if all you do is complain and never actually work.

Family business. Flat management structure so everyone is contactable and happy to chat or provide support. 6 hours shift were a dream compared to my previous job and the starting pay was £13.00.

Cons

Couple of negative fundraisers who were new and were intent on complaining about everything. They didnt last longer than 2 weeks.
