Getting started was really simple. Recruitment team were friendly and helped me through the processes. Pay is very fair for the sector with a proper hourly rate plus bonuses.

Cons

The fundraising management team are hyper focussed on quality of results over volume so its a bit of a culture shock if you come from an environment of subcontracting or commission only

Its a targeted role so there is not much room for taking it easy

Pros

Great place to work if you are starting out in fundraising or have a bit of experience and want to progress. Company highly focussed on quality and their charity relationships above pretty much everything which can be good and bad.

Cons

Some of the quality monitoring was fairly strict. Its there to deter poor fundraising but can feel a bit harsh.
