      Pros

      Good laugh Able to work only 6 weeks during the summer Free accommodation meant outgoings were minimal during time with the team. Money was good compared to other similar roles

      Cons

      Fundraising in the rain for a week was not much fun. Would of like to have been to a few different teams but could not due to limited time available during the summer before Uni.

      Supportive team and great training Team incentives The Wesser Foundation - helps staff to fulfil their ambitions outside of work such as learning a language, driving lessons, or international volunteering experiences.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive and you need to be able to cope with rejection - but this is the nature of the job, and the team and management are always there for support and advice on how to improve
