      - Director and Team Leads are easy to talk to and easy to get along with. - You gain a lot of experience - Structured environment - Hour long lunches - On-site gym - $3 Lunch entrées - Team Building activities - Helpful environment

      Cons

      - Pay is mediocre - Inside the building(s) are like mazes - End Users are sometimes demanding (normal where ever you go)

      Bad culture, low work, low sense of meaning or fulfillment, bad turnover rate. It's great for people starting out or retiring only.
