      Pros

      The Werfen Group allowed me to grow professionally in many different areas of expertise. Great working environment , professionals with several years of experience. My years there were key for the rest of my career.

      Cons

      Needs to improve their talent retention strategy. There´s a high turn over of young employees that leave looking for better salaries.

      - Allows good work/personal life balance - Work at home some days - Social advantages (insurance) - Partly paid daily food (restaurant on the building)

      - Old technologies used (stagnation) - Hard to promote inside of the same project - Low salary compared to other similar companies

      Women will no grow over a Product Management position. Medium management continuously bulled people. Some xenophobic Behavior seen lately.
