      -Management is completely out of touch with employees -You'll get paid way better elsewhere as an engineer in Boston for the same job title -No bonus structure -Serious diversity issues in the engineering department. Also, almost all males

      Great sell on paper. Very poor management attitude towards employees. Almost a boys club. Awesome product though. It's the sad soup sandwich you would never order if you knew the ingredients. Poorly chosen General manager that has difficulty deciphering between managing and leading.
