      Pros

      Wellhub is one of the best places that I've worked so far. The most significant pro for me is that the company offers a range of challenges that will help you improve as a professional. The flexible working arrangement is also beneficial because it allows me to improve my work-life balance. They also offer a time that you can use to study and improve your skills. Another great thing is the home office. The company doesn't force you to go to the office.

      Cons

      Since the company has employees in different time zones, you may occasionally have meetings during your lunchtime. But this is understandable.

      Pros

      Amazing group of colleagues worldwide. Mix working hard with fun social events with our team. As much as we provide Wellbeing options for our users, we also embed this within ourselves at the company. Amazing career growth opportunities!

      Sometimes it's a bit too faced paced! Can't keep track with all the updates going on.

      Pros

      - Everyone is really nice and friendly - The product/platform is class and you get the gold membership for free - Collaboration with other teams - Professional, sensible, hard working environment - Hybrid work

      Cons

      Basically Senior leadership and Sales culture: - Frequent shifts in sales strategy made it difficult to build consistency and momentum - making it up as we went along - Unrealistic KPIs were introduced, which didn’t translate into meaningful results. - Senior leadership from outside the UK provided direction without fully understanding the local market - Questionable hires. I believe the hiring approach has favoured nice personalities over competitive sales dogs so that it aligns with company culture/values. It's a soft culture but makes sense for an international wellbeing company. - Limited progression due to the same leadership team being in place for nearly a decade, I understand loyalty to OG's, but if they're not delivering then... - So many unnecessary meetings - Heavy on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which isn't a bad thing but you don't need a global meeting every week about something. - Office is quiet, no sales buzz - Slightly clicky culture - Didn't feel like I could be myself
