      Pros

      a) The people are incredible and very collaborative. It's noticeable that everyone is working towards a single goal. b) The atmosphere is very friendly, and you don't feel any hostility. c) Culture is really important, and if someone doesn't have cultural fit, they won't last long in the company. d) The flexibility of going to the office is wonderful. That's a big plus.

      Cons

      It seems that the leadership is only looking at one growth strategy, while there are other regions and countries that would be worth investing in. Benefits are not very competitive.
