      -Nearly everyone I met was extremely kind and helpful -Great entry point to establishing your career in a large industry -Hires based on quality and not on educational and professional experience -Lots of room for development and internal progression

      Cons

      -I was harassed and my harasser wasn't fired because the evidence was deleted. IT claimed it was unrecoverable -IT shut off my computer on month end and refused to grant me the access I needed to perform my job. Made my life difficult on a consistent basis -Was forced to keep an open door policy after I was harassed

      The company has very intelligent men & women who can articulate their extensive knowledge to newcomers. Also, they dont penalize for honest mistakes, but help guide you to not make the same one twice.

      Cons

      Felt like I did not have enough time to fully learn, the internship went by too fast.
