Pros
-Nearly everyone I met was extremely kind and helpful -Great entry point to establishing your career in a large industry -Hires based on quality and not on educational and professional experience -Lots of room for development and internal progression
Cons
-I was harassed and my harasser wasn't fired because the evidence was deleted. IT claimed it was unrecoverable -IT shut off my computer on month end and refused to grant me the access I needed to perform my job. Made my life difficult on a consistent basis -Was forced to keep an open door policy after I was harassed
