Walmart changes daily and keeps you on your toes. If you thrive on consisent change and pressure you will a success.

Cons

The best performers are not often rewarded for being the best and the company has become very political.

Wal-mart has the highest ability to move up within a company that I have ever seen. Opportunity for advancement is ever present within the ranks.

Cons

Lack of family time, however the company is working with salaried members of management to improve this.
