Pros

The pay is competitive and decent work environment.

Cons

No real cons. In retail it is usually the long hours and low pay. But Wal-Mart is a little different.

Pros

-You get an extra $1 per hour on Sundays. -Mandatory breaks & lunch breaks (though it's required by law). -10% discount after working there for 3 months.

Cons

-They make you work other people's jobs as well, even if it's not a part of your own. -They overwork you. -No discounts on food, just a discounted monthly fee for Sam's Club (doesn't help me really).

Pros

They give associates discounts on certain merchandise and items. Some people show respect to others and are friendly.

Cons

They cut hours back leaving you with less than 25 hrs a week. Emptying the trash is so time consuming... It doesnt make since That we associates have to go all across the store to empty three different garbages (Boxes, meats, and vegetables). Then on top of that wait for or call for a manager to unlock a gate... We do have costumers to serve throughout the day.
