Pros

Good pay and Benefits - Reimbursements, equity/stocks Free lunch Snacks Decent workspaces Frequent outings Indoor games and gym available Fun activities and fun club Trainings and online courses available for free

Cons

- There are not enough opportunities for growth and learning - Many teams still work on legacy stuff - Not at all a good work/life balance - Most of the time you get to do only support work resulting in loss of productive time and at times can be hectic also - Lack of transparency and clarity within teams as well as across teams - Lot of favouritism and politics
