Pros

You should not do any work. Just do slavery of seniors/leads all the time. Give smile without any reason. Better place to work for women employees. Walmart is listed in fortune 1.

Cons

If you will work hard or by-mistake argue with senior on any good reason, management will screw you up like anything. Frequently seen, the male employees feel tortured like anything and finally quit the job, again with a false smile on face. Seems, Walmart bribes every year to earn fortune 1 title.
