Pros

- location - elevator that works

Cons

From June 2025-Sept 2025 67% of the women's apparel team left. A management team member frequently speaks negatively about her team members in meetings and casual conversations, often criticizing or mocking them when they aren’t present. This happens so often that it made me and others extremely uncomfortable to the point where I almost reported her behavior to HR. It creates a culture of fear and distrust, and makes it difficult for anyone to feel supported or respected on the team. Beyond the unprofessional comments, when asked to contribute or take accountability, she becomes defensive and attempts to push others out instead of collaborating. Unfortunately, enables this kind of behavior rather than addressing it. Lack of leadership and unwillingness to intervene have driven many strong team members to leave. The office is barely holding together because of the toxic culture created by poor management.

Pros

Flexibility with scheduling and one hour lunch break as well as advancements into immunization administration

Cons

This is specifically for the Brook Rd location. I have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by my fellow coworkers before at any job that I have worked at. The crew at the back of the pharmacy’s only priority is to stay back there and not manage the line at the front that always snakes around the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager seems to mean well but unfortunately management is not efficient at their job and handling workplace conflicts or drama which this place was full of. There is room for growth to become an immunizing technician and also get multiple certifications which is a plus if you plan on staying there, but this specific location has been the worst I and other floater technicians I know have worked at. The patients at this location are already challenging to work but I’ve had multiple moments where PATIENTS have commented on the lack of respect the people behind the counter have for newer techs. There’s an insanely high turnover rate as well which management is extremely well aware of. I would not recommend working here at all, this was honestly the worst job experience I have had ever. Also, the lead technician threatened to call my new place of work and report me for being unprofessional by instating my notice period immediately, which was done after I had reached my limit with the constant unprofessionalism and misbehavior from the staff at this location.
