Pros

The only pro was the wellness center and gym located in the 108 building.

Cons

There's too much for one person. There are not enough employees at corporate to complete all the projects assigned. There is little to no training provided. Management's advice was, "do what we did last time." Additionally management does not have any people skills; they're good with creating reports for the executives but don't know how to manage their employees.

Pros

pay and insurance benefits were great, some of the co-workers were a joy but things changed once flexible scheduling and company restructuring took place. Good pay is no substitute for a non-hostile work environment.

Cons

improper/outdated training and materials (no real tools on store net for bedside delivery as of 2/14), understaffed, excessive work load, poor work ethic of fellow employees (last minute call offs, inappropriate shift switches, or intentional work slow down), absent store managers/DMs (ours was always at the DO, Fred Prior seminars, or with the region's other store managers), poor communication (eg. e-mails and phone calls not answered in a timely manner), lack of upper management support. There is no work-life balance if you have children, nor is there any accomodation for non-hourly employee chronic illness (eg. meal breaks for diabetics).

Pros

Good pay, good match on 401k , decent benefits

Cons

Lack of pharmacy staff, work by myself quite a bit, 12 hour days, no breaks ever, required to a list of different vaccinations flu, shingle pneumonia, check blood pressures, give cholesterol tests, MTM computer entries all while cutting tech hours. quickly reaching burn out stage. No Staff in pharmacy continuously cutting pharmacy tech hours. Pharmacy is not a 1 man sport. Dusting off my resume.
