- Good benefits and salary for the position - Diversity of projects - German work structure - Safety oriented culture - Travel opportunities if you have the right skill set(s) - There was fairly frequent opportunity for OT if justified by management - Application of techniques that can easily be transferred to you

- Seasonality of the industry I was working - A bulk of the work is very repetitive (could be a pro depending on your view) which can lead to boredom especially if you are testing experimental material on machine(s) - Slow to implement changes sometimes - Occasional favoritism - Some colleagues can be difficult to work (depending on your personality)
