      Pros

      Wacker is a very stable company, and has hardly ever laid anyone off. Their pay is average if you live in the Adrian area. They have the tools to do your job well, and will listen if you think you need something.

      Cons

      Raises are small and once a year and you can only expect a large (5%) raise every 5 or so years. Your bonus is based on many things outside of your control.
