      Pros

      Very few with the cost optimisation activities continually sapping employees morale New CEO man for the job wish him luck

      Cons

      Reward significantly behind that of the market Management slow to react to market changes Overly bureaucratic cuts not made at the centre always on sales service or network Tools not fit for purpose. Needs better focus on turnaround programmes to internally focussed remember customer value

      Poor company culture and heavy internal processes.

      Pros

      Global company with a valued brand in most countries (not the UK though)

      Cons

      Politics, lack of accountability, no one takes responsibility for decisions, heavy internal governance processes with poor tooling. Governance is so heavy that most of the times it is a struggle to go through it and actually sell something. Different functions don't understand the products the company is selling and just blindly stick to the processes. Innovation doesn't seem to be a priority either and surely the company is not a risk taker. Functions are poorly defined and even if process are heavy, it is impossible to have a clear view of who needs to be involved in a specific deal.

      Pros

      Great work culture and feeling of belonging. Diversity is at the core of the company. There is a lot of flexibility for the working hours.

      Cons

      As a very big organization sometimes the things are moving slower than we would like.
