      Disgusted by lack of follow up after several rounds of interviews

      Interview process was smooth up until it wasn't

      Really horribly disappointed and shocked by a complete lack of follow up from Vodafone IoT & HR division after completing a second round interview for a specialised senior role - this is more easy to understand for a graduate programme where there are 100s of applicants, but providing absolutely no follow up whatsoever for >6 weeks after several rounds of interviews for a senior role, and promising a follow up within 1 week, after being headhunted is the height of unprofessionalism.

      Free cereal as they removed all the other benefits and threaten you as though you should be lucky that you have a job.

      Cons

      I could write a novel. So all I can say is that people bring people down instead of bringing them up.

      Reasonable pay on the way in, good people below management level

      Cons

      Neolithic command and control type management culture, poor pay rises, hard to get promoted, HR and L+D support do not exist, no clarity on pay bands, self preservation culture in senior management.
