Pros

- Some great, well-intentioned people - Flexible work options (work from home, hot desking, etc) - Excellent facilities in Auckland Central (elsewhere, not so much)

Cons

- An abysmally run change programme post-TelstraClear acquisition - Lack of foresight as to market trends - All talk no action - Appalling customer service - Poor internal tools and technology - Focus on reducing headcount over satisfying customers - A Mobile company trying (badly) to do Enterprise, TV and Broadband - People really are just resources at Vodafone New Zealand

Pros

Good Salary. That's it. Nothing else.

Cons

--> Bossy management, No value to employees --> Sexual harassment complaints are not even considered, so a very good company for men. --> Male dominating culture. --> Worst work culture --> You may loose your job if you complain about anything. --> Biased culture in every sense.

Pros

Not one good reason left. The product and network used to be amazing, the team used to be great and the culture used to be one that valued individuals and treated people with care.

Cons

The Directors are flailing and unable to see the wood for the trees. Marketing is led by a bunch of accountants who wouldn't know the first thing about a customer but think they do. The culture is terrible, turnover is higher than its ever been and HR is completely ineffective. The only response you get when seeking help from HR for bad, unprofessional behaviour, harassment or bullying is being treated like YOU are the problem and being pushed to leave. They are getting a hiding from their main competitor who has figured out a way to become relevant and is making an effort to hire good people and keep them. There is only so long they'll be able to put fake results in front of stakeholders before they realise the emperor has no clothes.
