Pros
- Flexible working - depending on your manager, it's very easy to work remotely - Great working environment, as long as you don't mind being out of the city - With a solid network, it's very easy to move around the company - There are fantastic people in there somewhere
Cons
- Managers are often scared to make any decisions, because there is a clear blame culture - It's a company run for the shareholders, so money is tight where it should be spent, but wasted in other areas - Vodafone are notorious for mass redundancies, often laying 10's to 100's of people at once with absolutely no warning
