      Good people that work hard and help each other

      Cons

      No one is held accountable, people that do no work at all get covered by management even if you report them with evidence. Leads not doing their work and even if reported, nothing changes. Really bad management.

      Amazing conditions and amazing people

      Conditions are great: - 7 hours day - Great Private medical insurance - Anual bonus and salary increase

      Cons

      Old apps Old stack (Being updated but the app are huge so it will take a really long time)
