Pros
Company over all is good. The BU I worked for was NOT. Too much micromanagement, unnecessary timelines, Stressful hours. Had the worst experience of my career
Cons
BU Leaders has no accountability of the employees working in their team. They only listen to the managers and this was the craziest part. You are stuck if you have a bad manager. All the HR talks they do are useless as if you speak to hr about this, they will connect with Manager who will blatantly deny or keep a false work record. The timelines given were extremely unnecessary, there is no work life balance and every minute I worked there was a pain.
