      Pros

      People working there makes you feel like a second family. They are flexible about the hours you enter and leave as long as you work properly

      Cons

      Too many burocracy levels. There was a moment that we had more supervisors than people working on the actual project. Once we requested a review for this situation, they remove some between levels, so they are also flexible with this
