      stable salary is the only good thing that I can say maybe also good coworkers

      how to say... there are some people managers there that can push you to the depression freezed salary, 0 growth options, even some mobbing letting you witout tasks to do and forcing you to exit by yourself I could say concrete names and location but I think it woudnt be appropiate and Im afraid of possible represaries

      You get to work in very cool projects and clients. You get the opportunity to learn from scratch. Good work conditions (holidays, summer hours, extra hours pay).

      Cons

      Not very well paid. Career support is not very effective. You don't have much mentoring to learn and improve, you have to learn by yourself.
