Pros
The product is incredible, and constantly being updated to keep up with and lead the market. Managers and co-workers are great as well. I enjoy everything about coming to work.
Cons
It is a startup and things can seem disjointed. Some things are still coming together as far as processes, but its nothing you wouldn't expect from a company of this size. Things like this are constantly improving.
