      Pros

      Great and inclusive culture, the benefits are phenomenal and you get to play an active role in a major shift that's happening around the world in talent strategy. Top tier training/onboarding experience and managers are very supportive. Hayden is all you could ask for in a CEO.

      Cons

      High-level strategies shift from year-to-year. Not a deal-breaker. It comes with the territory in carving out a new category.

      Pros

      Company culture is great. Awesome benefits as well as great people to work with. As far as the sales department, they provide excellent training as well as a real nice tech stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce).

      Cons

      Sales department could either use some reconstruction or the compensation needs to be upped. Pay for BDR’s is on the lower end, especially for running qualification calls before handing them to an AE.
