      Pros

      There are great people in the company to work with, at least those that are ICs.

      Cons

      Leadership from directors and up are just a mess. Zero strategic vision, directors/sr directors just puppets to VPs and ELT. The “people” team is the furthest thing from being about the people. There is so much favoritism throughout the company, but especially in HR/TA/the people team. You’ll never advance unless your promotion is because someone got laid off but then you’ll most likely be next.

      fantastic team, great culture on the team, strong leader/director level and manager is awesome

      Cons

      lack of direction from senior/executive leadership results in pivots constantly. hard to keep up and it feels like we're doing the same thing over and over in 2-3 year cycles
