Incredible perks - unlimited PTO, free catered lunch everyday and breakfast once a week, pantry’s stocked with food and drinks on tap, Uber/lyft discounts, work from home every Wednesday, get to be flown to San Francisco often for company events, super fun competitive collaborative teams with a culture driven towards growth all the time, such a fun group of ages and personalities that all mesh together so well
Cons
Lots of change goes on at Upwork (but that’s a good thing too)
