      Pros

      Flexible work hours coupled with home based office makes this a reason to continue employment. Minimal supervision is the management model for most technical resources.

      Cons

      Constant concern over longevity of employment. Too much for too few people to possibly achieve on time and with consistent delivery.

      Mis Management by the Senior managers Employees are not treated well Better ppl to be hired as managers

      Old company with new challenges creates the opportunity for career growth. Great product and solution set, industry leaders in many vertical markets. New Sr. Management team is turning the ship around fast.

      Cons

      Some old timers don't like the change that needs to happen. Need more customer facing hires
