      Has been good to me

      Pros

      People are sincere and genuinely want to do a good job, even in the face of obstacles. Employees generally work well as a team. I haven't run into many egos, as I've seen at big consulting firms, which can get in the way of working together effectively. New CEO is doing the right things to turn the company around.

      Cons

      The company has not been managed well over the last several years and has lost significant value. With that comes layoffs, loss of benefits like 401(k) match and raises.

      Pros

      The people that remain at the company really do care about trying to serve the customers. The vacation, sick time and health care insurance are pretty good.

      Cons

      Layoffs and frequent management changes are the norm along with the cutting of benefits and salary freezes. The company is shrinking and cutting costs.
