Things are being fixed. Could and hopefully would be better.
Pros
The company still has a lot of potential in terms of business growth. Compensation package for new hires is competitive. Some projects are truly interesting. A lot of things are being fixed. Overall, things are probably better than most other startups in similar stage.
Cons
Lack of communication inside the company is still a problem and I don't see it getting fixed any time soon. I do feel a lot of times, decision making is pretty much top-down. Onboarding experience needs to be improved a lot. Product goals are not well aligned between different orgs. Overall, I don't feel that a lot of folks care very much about others and what they do. Upper management is still being stabilized. Some folks who joined 3-4 years ago are leaving, but this situation is understandable and common in startups at this stage.
