- A large impact in most of the projects. - Many open source projects. - A lot of in-house software that can teach you a lot if you are part of the team building them.

Cons

- Some managers focus on having good looking metrics and forget about their team's motivation/well-being. - The career path is not spoken frequently enough. - Salaries outside North America are below other offers. - Not easy to change team if the one you are part of is not challenging.

Great wlb with low stress and normal 9-5 hours. Amazing pay. Company seems to be working super hard to have an inclusive culture (as they should with their past).

Cons

Tech is a mess, immobilizing legacy code. Lots of folks don't seem to care much.
