Enjoyed my time there and moved up from entry level (L3) to senior engineer (L5A) quickly. Supportive, smart and really cool group of people. The new NYC office is absolutely stunning too, with excellent views and food. Pay is close to top of market. Changing teams isn't hard.

Cons

Earlier on when I started the company was pretty cut throat but has mellowed out a lot since then. Pros and cons there: less of an exciting place to work but a lot more stable.
