      Good leadership Uber Credit

      Cons

      It is still filled with incompetent managers. The work-life balance is terrible and not a friendly place for employees with families and kids. They have a generous parental leave but most people do not take advantage of it because you are looked down upon. Also, when it comes to perf (performance review) you miss out on career progression if you go on parental leave. The company is not inclusive for working parents.

      Pros

      Culture transformation is real and the focus on inclusivity is legit - not a PR stunt or stance in reaction to the company's troubled past. The work is exceptionally challenging, but engaging in that its meaningful and fun.

      Cons

      There is no way to complete all assigned and proactive work during even expanded business hours (most roles here are 60 hours or so, just to keep up). I do not see this as a true con because it was expected, however I feel this is a need to know going in.
