Pros

It depends on the people you work with. In some departments you get lucky and in others you get cranky supervisors. Overall people are respected, and do managers attrend to your questions. It's really good the company has an open door policy!

Cons

Overtime not paid, although often it was needed. Expect to work lots and in return you get paid so little for it. Fedex pays a lot better for the exact same job. Consider this job like working for the government of the private world. Job safety, but low pay.

Cons

*No time of during Christmas season * Union is a cancer to this company, it only serves as protection for the worst employees *Union employees arebetter compensated then the people who manage them *The hours managment work are unheard of at other companies. 65-70+ hours a week isnt uncommon for an On-Car Supervisor.
