Cons
they will tell you in the interview that this job is so great when in reality you are sitting at a cubicle making sales calls all day. Plus, if you are not meeting "magical" sales goals you will be put in the fire. Most irritating thing is the "commission". No one knows how to calculate it not even upper management! Making sales at UPS doesn't directly equate to dollars in your pocket! The one employee at the site that was making the most commission, actually didn't make the sale at all. She dishonestly put her name down as the direct contact and she was rewarded for this! Don't work here if you are used to the typical sales atmosphere you will be highly disappointed.
