Pros

$1.00 Pay raise after 90 working days. $0.50 Pay raise 1 year after hire date. A chance to get an extra dollar raise for doing a skilled task from the first day. Safety is a big concern. Lots of moving around better than the gym. Don't really have to interact with other employees if you don't want to, you can get in and out. Give out bottled water often. Once in awhile there is a BBQ.

Cons

HOT! HOT! working enviroment with lots of truck exhaust and loud noise. No benefits for the first full year, 18 months for dependants. Odd working hours. 3AM -9AM, or 5PM- 9:30PM. Other employees will let you do their work for them, or employees do not follow safety rules or even dress code in many cases and management will say nonthing. Lots of profanity!!!!! Management is not always following the Union contract. The time cards are not always accurate, so you have to keep on top of it, the mistake is never in your favor so it almost seems like it is done on purpose. No place to put any personal items but you own pockets <- gets drenched with sweat.

Pros

Job security. I like the co-workers that i worked with. The hours were good. The savings investments offered were good.

Cons

Terrible management. People getting away with doing nothing while you are working extremely hard. The pay was terrible and the raises were worse. Zero potential for growth. They work people so hard that they sometimes have to take medical leave. Higher management treat lower management terribly.

Pros

Nice Corporate Building Clean Bathrooms Decent food

Cons

I work in the HR Training Department. I have never worked with so many insecure, incompetent men in my life. This place is all about rank. Supervisors are not allowed to eat with Specialist or Admin. The cafeteria is like a high school lunch room. You literally see people eating with their clicks. They have a policy book which no one adheres to. Pay is HORRIBLE...you get to keep half of your bonus in cash and the other half goes into stock. Micro Managing to the max...the minimum work hour is 55 hours...and the pay is not competitive. SAD, SAD, SAD!!!
