Can not think of anything positive.

Cons

The open door policy doesn't exist, even though they stated so in their rules and regulations booklet. The human resource will work with the management to eliminate whoever points out their shortcomings.

Stable company, stable job. Good people in general work here...

Cons

Horrible work life balance - expected to work minimum 10 hours (no lunch) to 16 hours. Even if you are a hard working employee and get a lot accomplished in 8-10 hours, the work culture of the company is that you are looked down at for leaving after working 10 hours. You are not rewarded for your efforts. A lot of management are quitting in this area - and the positions are not being replaced. So more work is pushed onto your plate with the same expectations of getting it done. Work through the holidays - forget enjoying Christmas or New Year's. You will only want them to be over and gone as it is the busiest time of the year.
