      -Access to C-Level Executives at major companies -Incredible work flexibility -Very adequate compensation with a stong base -Rewarded for having unique strategies -The ability to truely affect positively the outcome of someones business -Job Security - People will always need to move packages and we're the worlds largest logistics company

      Cons

      -Work hours slightly above average -Luck plays a role in success -Very rigid structure for procedurs -The company is so large you dont feel like you can make an impact -Internal systems are scattered and not fully integrated which causes disorganization -For record profits occuring frequently, the company can be extremely frugal

      Quite the experience

      Pros

      You can make a good living if you dont mind putting the hours and the B.S. You can have a good experience in Package if U.P.S was to stay off your back and let you do your job. I had a good time out on the route, but hell in morning and coming back at night.

      Cons

      They are never happy with amount of work you do. Everything is your fault as the driver, they wont go after part-timers, cause they dont care.. They preach safety, when all that matters is stops per hour. They micro-manage too much. In feeder we are told we cannot stop to use the bathroom, even if its an to hour drive. In package they lie all the time, you cannot get a straight answer from them about how many stops you have on your truck.

      Pros

      There are none if you are young and want career growth. The corporate environment is very passive aggressive. Also they won't fire you unless you do something really wild.

      Cons

      Career growth is minimal. The pay is a total joke. The management is pretty terrible, they are not subject matter experts and they don't pitch in when work volumes peak. They claim they promote from with in but I've never seen it happen in logical fashion i.e. they'll promote somebody that doesn't have experience and have the person they passed over train them-- very disrespectful.
