Pros

The building is nice, should be for how much they spent on it. If your a manager you get great raises each year, however, if you are a regular employee you are lucky to get a 1% raise.

Cons

Some many to list. Poor management. Annual lay-offs and then they hire new people 2 weeks later at less pay. They have zero concept of what work/life balance is. They continually have mandatory work on the weekends, and if you want time off and rather not work on the weekends, then they require you to use your PTO. If you continue to not work weekends, then they will search for a reason to lay you off or make like so miserable for you there that you finally just leave.

Pros

Decent employee benefits, & nice building.

Cons

Horrible management team, incompetent and non existent HR Department. There is a lot of bulling and harassment by team leads and managers, multiple safety violations and no proper training. NO Experience necessary to work here!!! No joke, "In this company everybody gets enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, running down they boss, knifing co-workers in the back, dodging responsibility, and pushing their luck!" Do not waste your time with this company unless you are desperate for a job and a paycheck!

Pros

Most of the people you work with are kind, not exceptionally smart, but nice.

Cons

There is a new culture of "young is better" coming through. Old timers are getting squeezed out along with all their institutional knowledge. Benefits are being cut, return to the office is in full effect, promotion freezes (unless you are in the C-Suite), budget cuts, the 401 (k) has been revamped, and health insurance rates have increased by 40% for employees for 2026. Additionally, a mass layoff occurred this week. All with an eye on the stock prices....the IPO will be the death of this company's employees. You will never move up, you will never get promoted. They mostly hire from outside for "key" positions. And when they don't know what to do, they reorganize and cut the workforce, and keep the same quotas. This is where your career comes to die...run away!
