      Horrible management that takes advantage of their employees. Zero work life balance or appreciation for the work and long hours put in.

      Great product moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Not great at recognizing qualified resources and promoting from within. Also changes to flexible work arrangements and the ability to work from home seem to be less progressive and moving backward.
