      Pros

      Big opportunity to grow career anyway you see fit, especially in the digital transformation areas. Very stable company, If you show up, and do your job, you'll have a job for life. In an era where people don't hang around long, numerous 20+ year folks around. Depending on the team , there may be a work from home policy for one or more days per week.

      Cons

      Numerous 20+ people around - people are accustomed to doing things "their way", so the many chefs in a kitchen thing slows down projects, and innovation. If you live in the city, its a bit of a hike, but there's public transportation options and a shuttle that'll get you to the door. If you aren't ok with a 1.5 hour commute, and can't negotiate being remote, I wouldn't apply here.

      but unmotivated. Management does not incentivize workers. no upward mobility. little growth opportunity

      Pros

      Management is indifferent to quality of employees. Don't do a single thing all day and enjoy the same percentage increase each year.

      Cons

      Work as hard as you can and get the same treatment as people who do nothing, forced ranking taken to the extreme.
