      Good benefits. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      This company is guilty of "flavor of the month" strategy. They are a "wannabe" company. After over 100 years as a not for profit company, they made the decision to be a for profit company. However, they really don't have the goods to make them credible in that arena. Their competitors are better, faster and cheaper. As the economy gets better, I forecast that they will see an exodus of employees.
