      Innovative new technologies and broad and global business scope. Well recognized company in many business circles.

      Cons

      The company has major accountability issues that are carried out inequitably creating continuity issues from one manager to another and this culture seems to be supported by upper management. Advancement within the company is not based on measurable success as it is with other large companies I've worked for but rather whim or even nepotism.
