      Pay and benefits are excellent

      Cons

      Popularity contest in Sales and Customer Service; mid-level management do not stand up for their employees; people who actually work don't get any credit for it; upper management is horrible and constantly nagging for higher numbers

      Pros

      This review is specifically for a sub-division of UL. If you are looking for an experience working for a European company, they are quite representative of how Dutch companies work, in terms of working style and also employees. Generally speaking, Dutch companies are quite respectful of their employees and there is a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      You can have a different experience depending on what role you are in and which department. However, generally there is a high flux of employees leaving and entering and a high number of inexperienced, fresh out of school, new hires.

      Pros

      There are some extremely talented people working at UL EduNeering, especially in instructional design.

      Cons

      Management does not support employees. It is a blame game and bully type atmosphere. When an employee speaks up and tries to find solutions to issues, the employee is blamed by management. It is very much like being in an abusive marriage.
